Overview

Gaysha was tasked with the full refurbishment of this Grade I listed townhouse in Bloomsbury, bringing the 16,750 sq ft of office space up to modern standards and providing a contemporary aesthetic to architecturally designed spaces whilst preserving important historic features, like the beautiful fire places.

Works included
  •  Strip out building including tenants’ fixtures and fittings ​
  • Demolition of internal walls within the LGF ​
  • M&E upgrade throughout including comfort cooling installation ​
  • Erection of new partitions to form WC blocks; LGF & 2F ​
  • Repair of existing walls and ceilings/ damaged fabric, plastering throughout with limelight
  • Overhaul of all existing joinery throughout ​
  • Installation of new doors  ​
  • Redecoration internally and externally ​
  • New Floor coverings throughout ​
  • New full WC install throughout ​
  • New light fittings/ small power/ emergency fittings throughout​
  • External Roof repairs ​
  • Installation of new tea points
  • Installation of new VRV casings
  • Siting condensers on existing roof inc. housing unit ​
  • Installation of new external AOV
  • Installation of new stone steps to entrance
