Sustainability is one of our core values and we make sure all of our planning from business growth, to employee training to individual project programs takes sustainability into consideration.

We use a waste management company to ensure that more than 99% of our site waste is recycled in an environmentally friendly way. On three recent office refurbishment projects 100% of the ceiling and carpet tiles were recycled.

Among our company vehicles we have two hybrid vehicles and one electric van – we are hoping to add more electric vans to our fleet in the near future.

We have been involved in a number of retrofit refurbishments on period properties that are improving the energy efficiency of older building and helping to reduce the carbon footprint of the London Estates.

We renovated 13 Adams Row in Mayfair, one of the first privately rented EnerPHit homes in Central London.

We have also installed solar panels and wind turbines across Belgravia.

By using local supply chains whenever possible and employing local workers, we contribute to local economies and communities. Over 95% of our suppliers and direct employees live in London Boroughs. We are committed to paying London Living Wage.

We provide opportunities for future generations through apprenticeships, work experience placements and graduate training schemes.

When planning a refurbishment project we take the opportunity to use natural resources and recommend more environmentally friendly products and techniques whenever we can.
