About Us
A family business, Gaysha was formed in 1997 by Ian Elsey, and in its early years the company focused on standard building works – redecoration and roofing works.
The company grew steadily in the years after it was established and, as the business evolved, we took on increasingly complex projects.
In 2013 we secured our first major works framework agreement with one of the largest estate holders in London. Our commitment to high quality service provision led to the renewal of the framework in 2018 following five years of successful collaboration with our client.
Gaysha now focuses on four key refurbishment sectors; residential, commercial, retail, and industrial. In 2018, we moved our head office from Kent to Central London in order to be closer to our clients and to develop new projects across London. We now undertake projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, including several London estates.
In 2019 Gaysha appointed a new managing director, Mark Savage, allowing Ian Elsey to move into a more strategic leadership role as CEO.
Supported by an outstanding team who share our vision and values, we aim to maintain our relationships with our valued existing clients and develop new clients by providing the highest levels of quality, value and service on each project.
In the second half of 2023, we relocated to a new office near Liverpool Street Station, embracing the new way of working and the changing needs of the business, the new office space has everything the team needs as a Central London base.
