Overview
Gaysha was tasked by a valued client with the external redecoration of this period property in Belgravia, close to our head office.
The 6 week project involved masonry and roof repairs, sash window repairs, redecoration works & cleaning of rainwater goods. The building housed a restaurant so we tried to minimise disruption where possible and kept up communication with the surrounding businesses throughout.
Works included
- Asphalt Repairs & solar reflective paint
- Roof lead split repairs & redressing
- Overhaul of timber Sash windows including adjusting weights, new cords and splice repairs
- Masonry repairs including Sika render, and Murex repairs
- Redecoration to windows and doors
- Repairs, decoration and rodding of rainwater goods
- New concrete and timber window sills
