Despite our increased knowledge around the pandemic, it still poses a burden within the day to day functioning on site. As our priority is protecting the safety of all our team, clients, subcontractors, consultants, residents, and any nearby members of the public, we are doing the utmost to ensure all safety procedures are being followed correctly.

When carrying out refurbishments like this one in Belgravia, we take it upon ourselves to keep on top of managing residents and their best interests. Keeping noise to a minimum and striving to eliminate all dust, are some of the precautions we take to minimise any inconveniences for our residents.

Whilst maintaining relations between the residents, we also had the challenge of dealing with the complexity of a listed building. We were able to provide our client with a contemporary refurbishment for this luxury residential property, whilst still preserving the pre-existing traditional features.

The End Result
