Overview
This £4m project involved the refurbishment of an entire block of retail units in South Belgravia. The focus of this project was to turn the retail units around as quickly as possible so they could be relet with minimal loss of income for the client.
Being located on a busy street amongst other businesses and with occupied office above, disruption had to be keep to a minimum and communication and resident liaison were of paramount importance
Works included
- 8x White box retail unit refurbishment
- 5x Category A office refits
- Common parts refurbishment including strip out and renewal of M&E installation
- External redecoration and repairs of entire block (No.8-24)
