Grosvenor Street in Mayfair, a short walk from both Bond Street underground station and Hyde Park, is well known for its high quality office space. Gaysha undertook this project to redecorate the building exterior of 35 Grosvenor Street and refurbish the 2,000 sqft ground floor office space to Grade A standard, with excellent natural lighting.
Gaysha was also tasked with redesigning the two drab concrete private courtyards, to make them more attractive break out spaces for staff.
Work included:
- Two landscaped private courtyards with artificial grass & resin bound paving
- Air conditioning
- Suspended ceilings
- LED lighting
- Perimeter trunking
- New bespoke glass balustrade
The project was undertaken during normal office hours so all work was carefully planned to minimise the impact on the other occupants of the building. Stakeholder satisfaction is of paramount importance to Gaysha when planning a project.
